StyleStack is a wardrobe tool. You photograph the clothes you own, the app cuts them out and tags them, and you build fits from them, log what you wear, and — if you choose to — publish some of it.

It is operated by one person. There is no company behind it, no support desk, and no service-level promise. StyleStack may change, may go down, and may one day stop.

You need an email address to sign in, and you are responsible for the security of that address, because whoever controls it controls this account.

One person, one account. Do not sign in as somebody else, and do not use a handle to impersonate somebody else.

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. The deletion is real and it is described in the privacy policy.

Your photographs and your writing remain yours. Uploading them does not transfer ownership and does not license StyleStack to sell them, publish them, or show them to anyone you have not published them to.

The permission granted is the narrow one the product needs to work: to store your files, to process an item photograph for tagging, and to display your content back to you and to whoever your own visibility settings permit.

Upload only photographs you have the right to upload.

Nothing you upload is public unless you make it public. When you do, understand that publishing is a real act with real reach: a public profile, a public fit, and a post can be seen, screenshotted, and copied by anyone who can reach them.

You can retract at any time — delete the post, unflag the entry, or turn off the master switch, which retracts everything at once. Retraction removes it from this product. It cannot remove a copy somebody else already made.

The community standards are on a separate page, PLAY BY THE RULES, and they are part of these terms. The short version: do not harass people, do not post other people's pictures as your own, and do not post nudity.

Accounts that break those rules can be removed. There is no appeals process, because there is no process — there is one operator reading reports.

StyleStack is provided as it is. The colour advice, the compatibility scoring, and the automatic tagging are suggestions produced by software, and they are sometimes wrong. Nothing here is a guarantee that your data is backed up, that a feature will keep existing, or that the service will be available.

Keep your own copies of photographs that matter to you.

Limitation of liability, governing law, dispute resolution, and the procedure for changing these terms are not drafted here. They are named rather than invented, and they will be written by somebody qualified to write them before this notice comes down.
